ReplyDeleteWe've been in our home since Thanksgiving Eve 2012.
We love the house. There were/are a few got-chas, but love the house.
Can't wait for the weather to warm up enough to enjoy the porch-sitting (our main reason for selecting this plan). It's almost time.
A couple of features we LOVE and are glad we spent the extra $$ for:
Fireplace - had a great insert put in and rock-ed the entire front floor to ceiling.
Claw-foot tub - I enjoy several nights a week.
Screened-in porch off bedroom - allows us to enjoy even with wind/bugs.
Concrete-steel reinforced walk-in closet in Master Bath - already sat in there during a few strong storms.
